Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to the AI Literacy Assessment Tool ("AILAT"). By accessing or using our web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using AILAT.

2. Service Description

AILAT provides an adaptive assessment tool designed to measure your understanding of artificial intelligence across multiple dimensions. The assessment includes multiple-choice and open-ended questions that adapt based on your responses to provide personalized results and learning recommendations.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 You must be at least 16 years of age to use AILAT.

3.2 If you are accessing AILAT on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any session information provided to you.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All content, including questions, explanations, and recommendations provided through AILAT, is the property of V - AI Innovation Lab and Venture Studio or its licensors.

4.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of AILAT without prior written consent.

5. User Content

5.1 By submitting responses to assessment questions, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your responses for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5.2 You are solely responsible for the content of your responses.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 You agree not to misuse AILAT or help anyone else do so. Misuse includes:

  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers
  • Using automated means or scripts to collect information or otherwise interact with AILAT
  • Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation
  • Attempting to access any part of AILAT you are not authorized to access

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 AILAT is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.

7.2 We do not guarantee that AILAT will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that it will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, V - AI Innovation Lab and Venture Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use AILAT.

9. Modifications to Terms

9.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of AILAT after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which V - AI Innovation Lab and Venture Studio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
